What does "a thinking approach" mean?
Our conversations move beyond the details and problem and operate in the world of planning, vision, and changed thinking. If we can change the way we perceive a challenge we find different paths to success. Unlimited solutions unfold, just by considering a different way of looking at an issue. Changed thinking leads to insight and action. We then turn action in to habits for sustained success. All this can occur by reevaluating how you think about a challenge or goal. What was once unattainable becomes reality.
We develop a relationship and understanding that provides a support system to explore your defined goals and push you to achieve them.
A typical coaching relationship develops over time in scheduled telephone calls. The most common schedule is weekly phone calls about 45 minutes each. With this schedule we focus on setting goals and achieving goals. With this type of follow-up I make you accountable to yourself.
Flexibility is the key and everyone's life follows different patterns and routines. For that reason we are happy to accomodate a wide variety of coaching relationships. Some of the service schedules our clients have chosen include:
- the traditional 4 phone calls per month for 45 minutes each
- one hour phone calls every other week
- unlimited e-mail communiques and monthly phone calls
- mid-week "check-in" follow-up calls to ensure accountability and progress towards the established goals
Whatever your needs and schedule we are confident there is a program that can help you accomplish your goals within your determined time commitment.
