Debbie works with individuals and small groups to achieve improvements custom designed for every client. Her work is based on training received from both Coach University and New York University’s Executive Coaching Program.She has received her coaching certification from NYU, is a member of the International Coaching Federation, and a perpetual student.She is currently pursuing a Masters of Professional Communications.
Corporate Experience
Debbie’s corporate experience includes managing hundreds of people at all levels, developing talent, and delivering results in a variety of operational environments.Her responsibilities included staffing, training, and managing a call center; directing the supply logistics of a distribution center; developing marketing plans for regional territories and implementing improved financial controls across many functions.With every role she was a much sought after mentor to future leaders within the organization.
Debbie has also developed and presented training programs for her employer as well as programs developed for Life Logistics’ clients.These programs cover Leadership Development, Management Training, Anti-Harassment Training, Improving Communication Skills, and Customer Service in the Call Center. After many successful years in the corporate world, Debbie changed her focus to the field of Executive Coaching.A few years in to a Masters of Psychology program she discovered the field of coaching and knew she had found her new career.She founded Life Logistics in 2004.Her perspective combines traditional training methods and coaching with recent findings in neuroscience regarding behavior changes.This powerful combination helps clients achieve their goals through incorporating effective new ways of thinking in to making sustained changes. Other Things That Make Debbie – well, Debbie! Debbie has been married for over twenty years and has two children, 18 and 14.Though Debbie focuses her energy on her family and her business, she still has energy left for her other passions that include discovering the wonders of the world through travel and through study.Honorable mention should also be given to completing the Philadelphia Distance Run Half Marathon and the 2 day Avon Breast Cancerwalk in New York City.All these things make Debbie Debbie!
